Book in 3 simple steps
- Enter your journey details. Add the pickup, destination and any intermediate stop. Select the date, pickup time, adults, children, large and small luggage, and child seats if needed. For airport arrivals, include the flight number and scheduled arrival time.
- Choose your vehicle and price. The form displays compatible vehicles and the calculated price for your journey. Select the vehicle you prefer.
- Complete your booking. Enter your name, valid email and phone number, add any notes, choose your payment method, accept the terms and submit the booking.
For hourly service, private tours or a complex itinerary, contact us to confirm the duration, stops, waiting time and full quote.
What your OTP airport pickup includes
- Meet & Greet included: your driver waits in Arrivals, immediately after customs on the right, displaying your name on a phone or tablet, then accompanies you to the vehicle.
- Flight tracking: we follow your flight and adjust the pickup to its actual arrival. A flight delay itself does not add an extra charge.
- 60 minutes of waiting included: counted from the actual landing time. Additional waiting is €30/hour for a sedan or €40/hour for a van.
- Clear journey price: road tolls, parking and night service are included in the confirmed transfer price.

Frequently asked questions
Do you operate a classic taxi service?
No. Bucharest.taxi provides private transfers and chauffeur services booked in advance. Your vehicle and pickup are arranged for your reservation.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings require at least 3 hours’ notice. Booking earlier gives us more time to arrange your vehicle. For urgent requests, contact us; availability must be confirmed.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, online, or by card directly to the driver.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Select the required child seats in the booking form. They cost €10 per seat; include the children in the passenger count as well.
Can I change the pickup or add a stop after booking?
Contact us as early as possible. A change to the address, time, stops or waiting requirements may affect availability and price. We will reconfirm the updated arrangements.
When do I receive the driver’s details?
For bookings made in advance, you receive the driver’s name and phone number one day before the trip. If you book closer to departure, contact us to confirm the pickup arrangements.
