Price and what is included
The confirmed price includes tolls, parking and night service. For airport pickups, the first 60 minutes of waiting are included and calculated from the aircraft actual landing time. After that, additional waiting is €30/hour for a sedan and €40/hour for a van.
The service includes terminal meeting, clear driver identification, flight tracking and escort to the vehicle. Payment is available by cash, card to the driver, online payment.

We track the flight and adjust pickup to the actual arrival time. A flight delay itself does not add an extra charge. If needed, the vehicle or driver may be reassigned operationally to keep the pickup covered.
Most passengers normally exit within the included 60 minutes. Longer delays are uncommon and usually happen only in exceptional situations such as lost luggage.

How do I book a transfer with Meet & Greet?
The online booking takes 3 steps:
1. Enter the pickup and drop-off locations. If you want an intermediate stop, use the + sign between the two fields. Add the flight number when applicable, date, arrival time, adults, children, large and small luggage, and a child seat if required, then press “Next: Select Car”.
2. The form shows the compatible vehicles and prices calculated for the route you entered. Press “Select” next to the vehicle you want.
3. Enter the name the driver should display, a valid email address and phone number, any notes, choose the payment method, and accept the terms and conditions. One day before arrival, you receive the driver's name and phone number.
