Customers may cancel their reservation up to one day before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any charges.

1.2 Late Cancellations

Any cancellation made less than one day before the scheduled pick-up time will result in a charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.

2. Cancellation Process

2.1 Cancellation Notification

To cancel a reservation, customers must notify Bucharest Taxi at least one day before the scheduled pick-up time. Notification can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team at contact@bucharest.taxi.

2.2 Confirmation of Cancellation

Customers will receive a cancellation confirmation once the cancellation request is processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund for Eligible Cancellations

If a reservation is canceled within the specified timeframe (at least one day before pick-up), any pre-paid amounts will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

3.2 No Refund for Late Cancellations

Late cancellations (less than one day before pick-up) are not eligible for a refund, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
